Returns Policy
POMP's return policy has recently updated! We have always had a no return policy.
This had been established to ensure the merchandise that you are purchasing is brand new, and is of the same quality we receive from our merchants. If you are unsure of an item please send us an email through the contact us section, or at pomp@myfairpoint.net . We will pay the return shipping costs if the item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). However, due to being unable to see the item or try on, we have recently compromised our policy to help you out! We can negotiate a return exchange if you are dissatisfied with your purchase upon receiving it as we want all of our valued customers to be confident in their purchases. We will allow 1 day to review it to ensure the item does not get worn or used. Thank you for your patronage and support! We value each and every POMPadore!
If you need to return an item due to our mistake. simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S.A. We use USPS and most orders only take between 2-4 days to recieve! We also will offer tracking upon request.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. POMP absorbs most of the shipping costs, in most orders and often shipping is at a discounted rate or Free!
